Yesterday I went to symposium of Bemis Flexible Packaging company.
It was very interesting presentation to me because I learned some knowledge about gravure skill.
I think, it is part of important thing in printing, and need to carefully when you do each job, and also the communication is very important with designer because the project might need to change or edit a lot on project. This symposium make me think about each product's package and I think when I go to supermarket I will look at each product's package and design.

Old Logo VS. New Logo - Holiday Inn
Holiday Inn
I choose the Holiday Inn to do my Old logo vs. New Logo.
In the 2007 October, the Holiday Inn Company introduced the new logo to use until today. The New Logo still keep the green color, but they moved the "Holiday Inn" word on the bottom with font more modern 21st century.
I think the New logo is more fresh than old, and easy, simple, but I really like the old logo because the font is very much impression.

Final Project - Calendar
The Final Project, I wanna do 2012 Calendar.
Target audience: Everyone
Purpose: I wanna use my photos (that shoot from my photography project) to design 2012 calendar, and promotion my self, also it could show some one my ideas and photography to everyone.
Printing Specifications:
I wanna do 2012 calendar, each month I'd like to do Front and Back,
In front, I wanna to make a each month calendar,
In Back, I wanna to put the images ( bleed)......
But, I still think some ideas!!

Spring Break
This spring break I went to New York City ^^ haha it was a wonderful trip with my friends.
We went to a lot of places, such as Time Square, Union Square, Central Park, MoMA( Museum of Modern Art), the Apple store, and fifth Ave.... saw a beautiful night view in Brooklyn Bridge, and Rockefeller Center.
I saw a lot of designs poster, ad in Time Square... its so amazing to me!!!! I love Time Square so much!!
And we also went to the "SoHo"... there are so many stores such as Express, AE, Forever 21..ect.
I found Express store have QR code on outside window. It was so cool.
The last day, we just went to Museum, the Museum of Modern Art - MoMA.
It was a good place for designer go to there to see.
I saw some Typography design, it was really really cool.
And one thing, that is a creativity design, if you don't take photo from that, you might not find what it is.....
We were in the Converse store....
I love this time of Spring Break travel in NYC !! It was so fun in there with my friends !!!
If you have a chance, just go to NYC to look this city, its so many amazing thing waiting for u!!

Direct Mail Information
I did the direct mail by 7 X 5, with bleed, and 2 sided.
My target audiences are who love dogs or cats.
Call the action is the pet store was 5 years anniversary celebrates, so just make love dogs or cats' people go to store and use the coupon to shopping. (sale supplies on 25 %).
I used as many technical elements such as, full color, full bleed, and crop background of images for each supplies.
I just did the 17 X11 to proof the direct mail, the proof cost $ .64¢

2011 Snowing Day 下雪日子
We have 2 Snow Break Days hahaha~~ XD
我們有兩天過年假 哈哈 兩天的雪假！！
It's so nice.
Our cars, ground, and anywhere was covered with snow.
雪覆蓋了任何地方 車子 地面 （看不見馬路） 哈哈
We just went to outside to play at snowballs. It was so fun!!! ^^
我們到外面打雪杖 真的好好玩喔！ 我們把自己埋在地上 哈哈
哈哈～～ 我們隔壁家 鄰居的大卡車
被也是我們隔壁家的鄰居朋友們
給活活的埋住了！！ XD
